Business analysis is the discipline of identifying business needs. Business Needs may be divided into two types: Business Problems and Business Opportunities. Business Analysis also determines means for exploiting business opportunities or solving business problems (Solutions).
Solutions often include a software-systems development component, but may also consist of process improvement, organizational change or strategic planning and policy development. The person who carries out this task is called a Business Analyst or BA.

- Technical Architecture
- Disaster Recovery
- Project Proposals
